Working closely with our clients we can provide surveys and databases to assist asset management plans which delivers added value. Using proper survey software and methodology that allows us to provide laser accurate As-Built floor plans and related products to the Commercial Real Estate, Interior Design, and Architectural industries, we continue our goal to establish our floor plans measuring method as the de facto standard throughout the Country.

We are involved into area measurement surveys in respect of BOMA and RICS measurements standard, measured building services, 3D modelling and building information modelling. Based on 3D models we can extract sections, elevations, section-elevation, floor plans and real time information. Even more 3D modelling helps to position your business into Google Earth.

Our surveys can be delivered in a variety of hard-copy and digital formats to suit our clients' needs. We can provide plots on paper and transparent film as well as CAD data on digital media or by email.All the items we deliver are suitable for long term archiving purposes, and we are able to update, verify and translate previous survey data from our own, or client archives.Our services are essential in Property Management and Architecture/Interior Design.

In Property Management field we provide a Basic As-Built floor plan with all its features and benefits, but additionally includes a complete analysis of your building, typically to the latest ANSI/BOMA Standards. Each floor will include a black and white dimensioned as-built plan, plus a colorized lease plan, showing all Rentable areas. The color is applied over top of the as-built, providing a very graphic and visual representation of the demised areas of your property.

In Arhitecture/Interior Design we provide floor plans, reflected ceiling plans and elevation drawings. During our interior survey we simply record the slab-to-slab elevations, as well as window/sill heights, door heights, plus exterior details as required (eg stairs and walkways, roof/gutter lines, etc).

With all our projects, we take digital photos around the perimeter, as well as a few interior shots.

When preparing elevations, we take additional ortho-photos, around the entire perimeter. This allows us to offer an option whereby we 'stitch' the photos together and overlay the CAD elevation drawings. The combination of CAD line drawings with actual imagery 'rubber-banded' (reducing distortion) into position can be a valuable aid.
